The owner and leader of Sanwhole is 王明正 (WANG MING ZHENG, English name is Norman Wong). Norman was graduated from Shanghai Railway University (Shanghai Tongji University) in 1996, majoring in signal control. After graduation, Norman worked in China Railway communication Signal Research and Design Institute for 9 years, after that working with the British Westinghouse Railway signal in the Metro field for 6 years. Norman received a senior engineer in the field of transportation in Beijing and has been involved and leadership in the research and development of railway signals in various fields including main line railway AHCS (Automatic Hump Control System) for 6 years, TMIS (Transportation Management Information System) for 2 years, DMIS (Dispatch Management Information System) for 2 years, CTC (Centralized Traffic Control System) for 3 years, and in the subway interlocking, ATP (Automatic Train Protection), ATO (Automatic Train Operation) field with British Westinghouse Railway signal cooperation for 6 years. His work is spread across dozens of provinces and cities of China's railway main line, as well as Beijing Metro and Tianjin Metro. Norman is well versed in project management, quality management and safety management. Prior to focusing on managing Sanwhole, he was the general manager of a well-known metro signal control company. Now, Norman has led Sanwhole in the field of general software R&D for more than 10 years, creating a unique universal software platform. At the same time, Norman continues to develop its areas of expertise. Is working on the development of iZTO (Internet Zone Train Optimize System).
